From technique to improvisation classes, Michael has had the pleasure of accompanying such dignified teachers/artists like Rick Nodine (The Place, London), Olga Peters (CobosMika Company, Spain) and Jean-Hugh Assohoto (HfMDK Frankfurt).

Other colloboarations have included Contact Improvisation Lecture/Performances with Prof. Dieter Heitkamp (HfMDK Frankfurt) and a Merce Cunningham Workshop with Regina Baumgart.

Michael gives workshops in Music and Dance for the Contemporary Dance Pedagogy Master's Program at Frankfurt's University of Music and Performing Arts. They are a mix of theory and practice with cross-cultural and historical references. Modules have included Minimal Music from America to Europe and John Cage's Early Percussion Works, etc.
